Here I am in my crazy New Zealand costume and my oversized lanyard with only a small cllection of pins on it (the rest are stashed in the several bags I'm lugging around!). This picture was taken outside the convention centre - they had the entire surrounding areas all decorated, including the whole outside of the building.
